Contact persons available at the Stalls

• You will get the handover of your stall on 16th november post 11 pm and have to vacate the stall area by 4 PM on 20th november 2022. All Stalls to be done & ready on 17th october 2022 by 06:00 AM. No Stall work will be allowed post 06:00 AM as the housekeeping will require time to clear all the areas.
• All Stalls to be done & ready on 29th Sept 2022 by 06:00 AM. No Stall work will be allowed post 06:00 AM as the housekeeping will require time to clear all the areas.
• We request stall owners to confirm whether they will require Octonorm stall from the organisers or whether they will go for Bare space Customised category where the stall owner will construct the stall on their own.
• If Stall owners choose Octonorm Stall, they will be entitled for – 2 Tables, 4 Chairs, 1 dustbin, a carpet and 1 plug point in the Stall and Fascia. These entitlements are not part of Bare Space Customised category.
• Each stall will be given 1 KW power (Single Phase). Additional power or Three Phase connection can be bought at additional cost. For additional requirement of power, stall owners are requested to bring their own genset as per their requirement.
• Each Exhibitor will be provided 2 Lunch coupons for Standard & Premium stall. Extra Lunch coupons can be bought at Rs. 2,200/- per day.
• Organizers can provide a letter confirming Exhibitors’ participation for Octroi purpose on request.
• No nailing will be allowed on Octronome stalls. For branding purpose, only double sided tapes to be used.
• Stall owners can display banners and hoarding within designated stall areas.
• No banners or display boards are allowed outside the designated stalls.
• Any damage caused to the Octronome sheets or stall material will have to be compensated to the Contractor.
• Subletting of stall will be considered as breach of contract and in such cases, the stall owner will be asked to vacate the stall with immediate effect and a fine of Rs. Five Lakh will be charged.
• Sharing of stall is strictly not allowed.
• Goods and Material displayed in stalls should be as per Government Rules & Regulations.
• The dismantling of your stalls will have to start on 1st October 2022 from 6.00 pm onwards.
• Overnight retention of goods in respective stalls will be at the sole risk of the stall owners. Organizers will take no responsibility for loss or damages of goods, banners or any other promotional material.
• Sticking of any promotional material in Hotel area is strictly not allowed.
• Stall owners will have to obtain a gate pass from the Hotel Management while getting the material from out.
• Organizers reserve all rights to alter the stall layout or allocation of stalls.
• The dismantling of your stalls will have to start on 1st October 2022 from 6.00 pm onwards.
